Gandhi Smriti, formerly known as Birla House, is the place where Mahatma Gandhi spent the last 144 days of his life before his assassination on January 30, 1948.

Walk Through Nizam’s Museum (Hyderabad)
The Nizam's Museum, which is located in Purani Haveli, has a fantastic display of gifts and momentoes given to the Seventh Nizam, Mir Osman Ali Khan Bahadur, during the silver jubilee celebration held in 1937, by notables and departments of Hyderabad. The museum has an interesting collection artefacts and bestowments (Nazranas) of sterling silver, gold, and some are set with precious gemstones and have exquisite craftsmanship.
It is home to the world's largest walk in wardrobe, belonging to Mehboob Ali Pasha, the sixth Nizam, which is also on display. The wardrobe is an elegant piece of furniture that bears witness to the Nizams' opulent lifestyle.
